2. Wait 20-30 minutes after your food arrives

1. Say there was a hair in your food, take a piece of hair out of your head and take a picture on your food

1. Make sure you ordered a drink with your food

2. Take your food out the bag and poor some water on the paper bag

3. Take a picture and say the drink spilled all over your food and ruined it

4. Send to support and they will instantly provide full refunds
